RAZORWIRE BIG BUNDLE GIVEAWAY

1. This prize draw (the "Prize Draw”) is administered by Razorwire Energy with its registered office at Unit 1, Moat Farm, Hestley Green, Eye, Suffolk, IP23 7LR, United Kingdom ("Razorwire”, “we", “us” or “our”).

2. By entering the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions herein (the “**T&Cs**”) and we reserve the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the Prize (as defined later on in these T&Cs) to anyone in breach of these T&Cs.

3. The Prize Draw is open to all residents of the UK 16 years or over, except employees of Razorwire, their families or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Prize Draw

4. The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary.

How to enter:

5. The Prize Draw will operate across two recognised social media platforms, that being the Razorwire Energy official Instagram and Facebook pages. 6. To enter the Prize Draw, you must correctly follow the instructions as clearly stated on our Prize Draw social media post (e.g., like, follow, comment etc.). These instructions may vary depending on the social media platform used for the relevant post. You are able to enter once on each social media platform for a higher chance of winning. It is your responsibility to ensure that you follow the correct entry instructions for each social media platform.

7. We do not encourage creating multiple user accounts on any one social media platform to enter the Prize Draw. Any person identified to have used multiple accounts to enter the Prize Draw multiple times, on any of the chosen social media platforms for the Prize Draw, will not have any of their entries considered and may be banned from participating in future prize draws. We do not have to notify you if we are taking such action.

Starting date and closing date

8. The opening date for entries to the Prize Draw is 12:00 BST on Thursday 8 September 2022 (the “**Opening Date**”). The closing date for entries to the Prize Draw is 23:59 BST on Thursday 22 September 2022 (the “**Closing Date**”). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be counted.

Choosing a winner

9. Post 23:59 BST on Thursday 22 September 2022, all successful entries taken from each of the two social media platforms will be combined into a random draw performed by computer process, narrowing the selection down to two social media accounts. One winner will then be chosen by a further random draw performed by a computer process.

Notification to the winner

10. The winner of the Prize Draw (the “**Winner**”) will be notified by message on social media from our official Razorwire Energy account before Friday 23 September 2022 to claim their Prize (as defined later on in these T&Cs). If the Winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified by us, then the Winner's Prize will be forfeited and we will be entitled to select another winner inaccordance with the process as described in condition 9. 11. Once the Winner has claimed their Prize in accordance with condition

10, we will make an announcement across our official social media pages that a valid award has taken place.

Lost or delayed entries

12. We accept no responsibility for entries lost or not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt by us.

Prize

13. The Winner will receive all of the following:

a. One month’s supply of Razorwire Energy cans. ‘One Month’ is equivalent to 36 cans, in this case 3 x 12 cans. The winner will be able to choose their flavour when we message to inform them of their prize.

c. A £50 voucher for the choice of Xbox Live, Playstation Store or Steam. The winner can choose which platform (and only one) when we message them to inform them of their prize. *The Prize is non transferable, non refundable and subject to availability*

General

14. Our decision regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

15. We reserve the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so, with no liability to any entrants and / or third parties.

16. The Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Xbox, Playstation and Steam.

17. The Prize Draw and all issues arising out of it shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
